Dr. Tom Parsons MD
Hi, My name is Dr. Tom Parsons, you can call me “Dr. Tom” for short. If you are reading this, you have probably never met me. I am thrilled to join the medical team at Centricare. I bring to the team many years of medical experience having worked as a family physician in Langley and Surrey, BC. I share the common vision at Centricare, and strive to provide excellent care to my patients. I am extremently dedicated, and I have an intense passion for medicine. I look forward to seeing my patients every day. I have a strong desire to teach my patients, to ensure that they fully understand what I believe may be going on with them, and how we are going to work together to make it better. I have had many unique and wonderful opportunities in the community working as a family physician. One of my great interests is caring for patients that have a chronic or terminal illness. There is so much more to medicine than pulling out that prescription pad and prescribing that medication. I look at the patient as a whole, and strive to assist the overall wellness of my patient, one step at a time.
On a personal note, when I am not at work you will find me spending time with my family, travelling, and even cutting it up on the golf course with some great friends!
I look forward to meeting you and giving you a new outlook on your overall wellness.
